Seattle, WA - Pick your pumpkin and benefit Northwest Harvest! Hundreds of colorful blown glass pumpkins will fill the gallery of Avalon Glassworks for the fourth annual Art Glass Pumpkin Patch, a show and sale to benefit Northwest Harvest. This West Seattle glassblowing studio will host the Pumpkin Patch September 29 - October 31, 2007, featuring blown glass pumpkins in many shapes, sizes, and colors, all hand made by Seattle glass artists. Examples of these irresistible gourds are seen in the above photo showing off their bright colors, fun textures, and curly stems. A portion of proceeds from each pumpkin sold during the show will benefit hunger relief organization Northwest Harvest. Pumpkins retail for approximately $40 to $62 each.
