What are your hours? 10am-6pm Monday-Friday; 10am-5pm Saturday-Sunday. Can I watch glass blowing? Yes. The studio is open to public view. The best times to watch us blowing glass are Thursdays through Sundays, 9:30am-1:30pm and 2-5pm. Sometimes unforeseen events change our schedule, so call ahead if you want to be sure. How do you ship? Large items are shipped by FedEx Ground within the continental United States and via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii. Small items may go by Priority Mail to all states. In-stock items are shipped from our Seattle store within five days of your order. Shipping time is usually 3-6 days in the U.S. Most items ship for $9-$16, depending on size, weight and destination. Do you gift wrap? Small items are packaged in our signature kraft gift box with logo sticker. Gift tags and ribbon are available upon request. Larger items are boxed in corrugated kraft boxes. I saw an item in your store, but it is not on your web site, is it still available? Maybe! Call us during West Coast business hours at 206-937-6369 and we'll try to locate the item and ship it to you. What is your return policy? If you purchased your item in our Seattle store, you may exchange it within 15 days, in original condition, with receipt, for any other item or store credit. All sales are final on "Seconds," discount or sale items purchased in our store or at our July 4th sidewalk sale. If you purchased your item through our web site, you may return it within 30 days, in original condition, with receipt, for a refund to your credit card; customer pays return shipping. Do you ever sell seconds? Yes, once per year on July 4th on the sidewalk outside our Seattle store (all sales are final on discount, clearance, sale, or seconds merchandise). Is everything made on site? Everything on our web site is made at our studio in Seattle. About 90% of the art sold in our Seattle store is made on site. We also show the work of other local glass artists at our Seattle store. Do you repair broken glass? We buy commercially available colored glass in powder, chip or solid bar and roll it on during the blowing process. What do you do with the broken pieces? We properly dispose of the broken pieces, which tend to be very small, pulverized, and/or sharp. Although many crafters have asked for it, our broken glass is not suitable for craft projects and cannot be reused. Yes. Use room-temperature water, be careful when cleaning and handling.
